Do you love #animals? We all have to respect #nature. This video is talking about the Legless Lizard a.k.a. Glass Lizard.

The legless lizard, also known as angos, is a reptile that is often mistaken for a snake, but it is not. They belong to the family Anguidae, which includes creatures such as glass lizards and alligator lizards, all of which have the distinguishing characteristic of having no legs.

Legless lizards are typically found in dry environments, such as deserts, grasslands, and scrublands. They feed on small prey such as insects, spiders, and small reptiles, and are themselves preyed upon by larger predators such as birds of prey and snakes.

Despite their lack of legs, legless lizards are able to move relatively quickly by contracting their muscles from side to side, simulating the movement of the legs that they do not possess. They may also use their tails to help them move and navigate, similar to how snakes use their bodies.

Legless lizards come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with different patterns and colors depending on the species. Some species, such as the California legless lizard, are threatened due to habitat loss and fragmentation, making conservation efforts important for their survival.
