2014 Ford Escape Wheel Well Liner Flaw

Exposing a flawed design in the 2014 Ford Escape that cost me thousands of dollars. The wheel well liner (inner fender) is made out of fabric, which can get encrusted with ice and snow, fall onto the wheel and expose the pressure relief valve for the fuel tank.
