Sen. Schumer: GOP budget proposal should be called the ‘Default on America Act’

Speaking on the Senate floor Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) criticized House Republicans ‘wishlist’ for their federal government budget proposal. “It might as well be called the ‘Default on America Act’ because that’s exactly it is,” said Sen. Schumer.
