Which commercial real estate asset classes are best for investment? My partners and I prefer:

Multifamily (including assisted living)
Self-storage
Industrial
Other asset classes can perform well at times. However, for our investors, we choose asset classes that enable us to deliver outstanding results in three areas (ranked by priority):

Preservation of capital.
Tax advantages, including bonus depreciation.
Return on investment.
