Your Right to Wellness

Health Care in America is not a right. However if we believe we have a right to be healthy, to be well, "of sound mind and body". That's different. But it's something we must do and learn for ourselves. It's a complicated issue in the best of times, but in times such as these, (2023) one is as likely to die in hospital as at home. Hospital is more expensive.
Health Care is a profession. And that means you pay. Wellness, for the time being, is a discipline, an attitude. It's yet to be co-opted by the WHO. If we accept it as a practice I think we'll have more success.
Wellness is a relatively new word which probably replaced "well-being" most likely for commercial reasons, ie "Wellness Centers".
A right to health care would cost the government too much money and divert it away from weapons appropriations. So it's not likely to happen. Besides, imagine the government deciding that your life isn't worth living. Governments tend to over step their mandates.
The self-styled übermenschen control us with sleight of tongue spellcasting to confuse health and wellness and rights and privileges.
Bottom line, if we want to be well, we must take control and that means research, experimentation, and discipline to name but a few. In the sphere of lies, con artists and neo-alchemists, we must tread slowly and consider various options that don't come with deadly side effects.
