I was starting to build up quite the pile so I went looking for a scrapbook layout to use them all up!

In this video I use horizontal stripes to create a vertical design for my East Coast trip scrapbook.

Not only will you use up your less than 1" scraps… this is also a great opportunity to use your medium ephemera and stickers!
