April 23. Exiting building, 1247 pm, 5B spy, this is the one who assaulted me on Sept 27, 2016, the CIA/FBI keep trying to use this individual to stage an incident with my persona, stalkers at vehicle KMK 5245 NY. CIA/FBI wheelchair spies approaching, the one at the sidewalk normally blast his radio for hours near my apartment, more stalkers around and as I ride away.
