PETER NAVARRO: Personnel's policy, the first job of a chief of staff is to make sure that everybody in the west wing, everybody in the government agencies, is a pure maga, pure Trumper. And that was the Achilles heel of the first term of the Trump administration is, you know, as I said, Steve, I spent most of my time in the West Wing trying to advance the president's agenda and fighting Kudlow, cone Mulvaney.
So as a chief of staff, I think that's the first most important thing. And let Trump be Trump right now. Nobody ever learned that. Even Meadows didn't.
