LET GO OF THE WORLD AND TURN TO JESUS

Ephesians 4:22-24 New King James Version
22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

I found the questions from this morning's devotional rather interesting, because I believe that we as the body of Christ, are sleeping at the wheel spiritually speaking, and we need to wake up. I believe that there is a lot that is keeping us from being who we ought to be in Christ, but I also believe that there's a lot out there in this world, that's deceiving the unsaved world from coming to know Christ, and that's why I'd like to share these questions from this morning's devotional tonight. I'd like to rephrase the questions, because I believe that this is something that applies to all of us in one way or another, and I pray that what I share with you from these questions will challenge your heart tonight. Please read these questions carefully and see just what I mean.

What keeps people from giving their life to Jesus?

I think bottom line what Causes this, is pride. I think that we are deceived by pride, and we think that we don't need Jesus. It's why, I'd like to share some things that God put on my heart through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will challenge you to let go of the things of this world, and cling to Jesus. How might your life change if you let it go?

I think one way above all it will change, is you will experience a joy and peace like no other period you'll know that you are set free from sin and are now a part of God's family. In short, you'll see being a follower of Christ is something joyful and freeing, not something enslaving and depressing.
