In summary if the spacer had not been missing Concorde would have remained straight down the runway. Concorde would not have hit the runway light which damaged the number 1 engine and would have been able to take off at a higher speed and would have had a greater chance to land at Le Bourget.

Had the Aircraft not taken off tonnes overweight (with the tail wind) the aircraft's centre of gravity would have remained close to what's recommended and would have been more able/stable to stay in flight with its low air speed.

Had the flight engineer followed protocols with regard to shutting down engine number 2 it is likely that this engine would have recovered and given valuable power (Protocol: Climb to 400 feet and stabilise flight, then await the Captain's instructions)

Had the Captain not filled the fuel tanks to 100% and left transfer valves and fuel pumps on during the take-off it is most likely the available airspace would have left the tank intact when it was impacted.
