Member states preparing ground for expansion - South Africa BRICS delegation

As BRICS envoys meet in Cape Town to discuss conflicts in the Middle East and North Africa, the head of the South Africa delegation says the bloc is well placed to become an alternative arbiter for peace in the regions, and is open to accepting new partners.
