Let's face it - networking on LinkedIn can be awkward.

It's uncomfortable for many people to strike up a conversation with someone they don't know.

They don't know what to say. 😶

And even if they do know what they want to convey (like..."do you have a job for me?"), not knowing how to say it in an effective manner. 🤐

And for many, not knowing why you're even reaching out to them. 🤔

As a result, you waste your time and energy doing networking activities that don't produce tangible results. Then you declare, "Networking doesn't work!" 😯

But it does. You need to approach it correctly.

We all hear you should be networking if you're serious about your job search, but nobody teaches you how to use this platform.
