Father Arrested For Piercing His Son's Ear

A video is making the rounds on Twitter showing four law enforcement officers supposedly in Arkansas, busting open a house door and arresting a man claiming he pierced his son’s ear without a license. The wife, in shock, asked the officers “what’s really going on?”
