The following are some brief highlights from a longer introduction and training video that I made for our 18 member IT Department at Inspire Charter Schools. Prior to COVID, our IT Department supported 29 offices throughout the state, each with plenty of infrastructure hardware to manage. As most of these devices were managed individually, I took it upon myself to improve upon that inefficiency.
