Study shows tax abatement cost Cincinnati Public Schools $80 million

A new study claims Cincinnati Public Schools has paid a huge price for tax abatements benefiting mostly white neighborhoods. CPS says the district's losses were significantly less than the $80 million mentioned in the study.
