BODY CAM: Cincinnati police officer fails sobriety test, charged with OVI

Justin Shields, 25, was pulled over while driving on I-275 in Clermont County. Body camera footage from the OSHP trooper who conducted the traffic stop shows Shields roll down his window, hand the trooper his license then quickly show a Cincinnati Police Department badge.
