Resolution to adopt PAPER BALLOTS underway in Caddo Parish

Caddo District 4 Commissioner John-Paul Young presented a motion for the council to adopt a resolution for the council to begin implementing the use of paper ballots at the Commission Work Session on April 18, 2023. Shreveport resident Candy Peavy offered follow up supportive commentary.
Commissioner Young was inspired to undertake this endeavor by the presentation from S.O.S. Candidate Trosclair at Superior Grill in Shreveport on March 28,2023
