Your B2B clients want to see a return on investment - your clients need to make money
If you're running a business, whether that's a marketing agency, smma, b2b company, or any kind of offer where you work with clients and deliver them a service, the entire function by which they have engaged with you is specifically to get a return on investment. And until your understand this, you won't be able to sign clients, and you especially won't be able to keep them.
If you're signing clients, they need to make money. It needs to be clear that you're delivering a return, whether that is through lead generation, getting more clients for them, getting them a good return on ad spend, making better sales processes, doing business development, or any form of delivering a positive ROI for them in their business.
