Welcome back everyone. just a fast disclaimer. The USDA and the FDA do not always recognize herbal remedies or usage. Please research any and all herb and its usages for good effects and bad effects it can have on the body.

Elderberry has been used for a very very long time. Some studies have been done on it. The English used it in the second world war for pilots as it helped the pupil react fast to flashes of light at night. It has been shown but not fully studied to help with many other ailments. it is high in Antioxidants, dietary fiber and many other things

A fast search online can help you find a large list of things that Elderberry can possibly help with. Just make sure that you also look at the down side of it as well. Everything we can consume and use can had bad side effects on us or our pets.
