Chicken Biryani Recipe
3 medium slices onion
1/2 cup oil
3 cups basmati rice
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed chilli
1/2 yogurt
1 kg chicken
3 potatoes
2 tbsp whole garam masala (mix spices)
2 tbsp biryani masala
Salt to taste
4 tbsp fresh coriander & mint leaves
Pinch orange food colour
4 tbsp milk & 2 green chilli
