Justin Trudeau promising another corporate handout, but this time it's the biggest in Canadian history. $13 Billion will be handed to VW to build a battery plant in Ontario with the hopes of creating 3,000 jobs. Yes, that's right. Only 3,000 jobs for the $13 Billion investment. That's $4 Million tax dollars per job created.
