Why do you procrastinate?

Many think it's laziness but the real reason may be much more than you think:

1.) You lack clarity - or your goal is too far out of reach, therefore it's not real.

Taking massive imperfect actoin helps. Chunking down the goal, creating a minimum viable product, breaking into small steps...

But the biggest reason...

2.) You have self worth issues. You don't think you're worthy of the great partner, the business, the goal that you've set.

Self love, or lack thereof, is the greatest source of self sabotage and kept me spinning my wheels for decades.

We are all predisposed to this state of questioning who we are, our identity and our place in the world.

Self hypnosis is miraculous - 21 days... the more the better.

Couple this with trauma work where you go BACK to the moment of the trauma, remain in that place, visit that inner child that had the wounding, and eventually that pain will release.

Humans - We're such incredible creatures.
