How to Train in the gym with lumbar disc bulges (phase one)

If you are suffering with lumbar disc bulges you've been told you can't train in the gym. What if I tell you, it's all depends where you start and how you progress it.

In this video I shared with you series of exercises that you can try if you are suffering from disc bulges.
