STOP, making a wrong turn or mistake address could be harmful

Forgot to turn mic on so fast forward to second 52 when audio pics up.
So is there something poisonous in the water and or air that is causing people to loose their minds across the US . This is the only thing that can explain why people out of nowhere started shooting at people that make a wrong turn or mistaken address.
