This is just a highlight of a combo deck i played on my stream using the below two cards. It is quite brutal when you do get it to go off but this deck has 2 ways to set the combo off also.

Exquisite Blood: When opponent loses life i gain life.
Vito, Thorn Of The Dusk Rose - When you gain life opponent loses that much life.

So they just keep activating each ability in a endless loop. If you can't get Vito out you can also use

Marauding Blight-Priest: Whenever an opponent loses life you gain life.
