Roelly Winklaar Horrible Cramp at Arnold Classic 2019

Something strange happens with Roelly Winklaar's stomach at the Arnold Classic 2019. I believe that it is just a little cramp. The reason is probably an electrolite imbalance due to him trying to lose too much water in a very short time span!
