Physique Reveal + 150 Pushups/Situps (50 Navy Seal Burpees)
Hey everyone! In this video, I'm doing a physique reveal and taking on a serious challenge: 50 Navy Seal burpees with 3 squats each rep, which adds up to 150 squats and 150 pushups total. It's a killer workout that will push you to your limits, but it's worth it for the gains. I hope you enjoy watching me take on the challenge and talking whatever comes to my mind while I go through it.
