Here's a recipe for a high protein paneer wrap:
Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cut into small pieces
- 1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
- 1/3 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the paneer and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until slightly browned on all sides.
3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
5. To assemble the wrap, place the tortilla on a flat surface.
6. Add a layer of lettuce, followed by the paneer, onions, and tomatoes.
7. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
8. Serve immediately.
