Did PM Of Canada Justin Trudeau KILL His Brother?

Justin Trudeau never properly addressed his brothers death. His brother, Michel Trudeau, died in 1998 on a ski trip in Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park. His body was NEVER found, which is odd considering his dad was PM of Canada and they have access to so many resources. Why did Trudeau call off the search? Did he do it too soon?

Another interesting question to ask is why is Justin Trudeau so comfortable skiing so early after his brothers death, where he died from skiing. That's a little odd to me.
