What is worship? What do scriptures tell us about worship?

Last video we talked about how to increase faith by elevating our perception of our heavenly Father.
To move further along that road, are there instructions from scriptures that tell us how to elevate or increase our perception of; or to worship our Creator?
Next video, I will be talking about Romans chapter 12 which provides great insight on our 'reasonable service and spiritual worship'.
