The roads in San Diego are a mess, especially after the recent rains. Have you driven on Carmel Mountain Road? Ted Williams Parkway? The Westwood neighborhood? Rather than fixing what needs to be fixed, the City of San Diego is doing a high tech survey of the roads so they know which roads to fix first.
