Does Lifting Weights Stunt Children’s Growth?

Lifting weights doesn’t stunt children’s growth and it doesn’t hurt them, IT HELPS THEM!
I am not even sure how this rumor started, but if true, all farmers and African tribes would be midgets.
When done with proper supervision, load-bearing movements are not only safe for children of all ages, they can set them up for a life of physical and mental success and function as they age.
The only caveat is to hire a youth trainer who can progress them safely into more complex movements with someone like us at LegacyatCarbon.com! WE OFFER ONLINE COACHING FOR YOUR YOUTH ATHLETES! DM me or @legacyatcarbon for more details or see our website!
