People take advantage of the fact that miracles happen every day. The universe provides us with miracles even if we aren’t looking for them. There are times when we may think that the world is against us or that no one cares about our well-being. But there is an energy of love that shows up right on time to provide us with what we need. Love is the energy that moves and regulates our world. When we work against it, it causes negative energy that keeps us stagnant, feeling helpless, and sad. We must be mindful of the energy around us. Sometimes negative energy comes out of nowhere and may have you feeling drained. Take a moment and be MINDFUL. That energy is not yours. Take a deep breath and say to yourself.....

I am loved. 🌌
🌌I am alive.
I am grateful. 🌌
