Today, "Coffee with..." is meeting with Teresa Palmer, MSN, RN

For over two decades, Teresa Anne Palmer, MSN, RN, Holistic Health/Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, has teaching individuals to connect to their heart-their superpower. By connecting to and understanding this gift we are all have, the door is open to self-healing. Throughout her years of practice as a Holistic Cardiology Nurse, Teresa has witnessed the miracles that occur when patients use their heart and its innate wisdom to guide their health and well-being.

Teresa was chosen as the Nurse Practitioner of the year 2019, in 2020 she was honored by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) as the Empowered Woman of the Year 2020 for her work in empowering individuals to be confident in their health decision making. In 2021 she was honored as the Holistic Health Care Practitioner of the Decade for her continued work in Holistic Cardiology and also received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
