Greetings from the belly of the beast and the center of technological fusion for all who are concerned about the problems around technology and autonomous machines. This episode discusses whether we can control the speed and pace of technological innovation, and the question of whether technology is neutral. Is technology neutral? In other words, does the outcome of how we use technology determine whether it is good or bad. If technology is a willful force that seeks to merge with humanity the answer is no. Furthermore, the very tools we use seem to shape what is produced through their very use, because the mindstate that is involved and what is demanded of man becomes itself reduced to a technical process. Has our mindstate become technical in order to suit the function of their tools? How much can mankind be reduced to machine?

The equipment used to produce this episode consists of a Lenovo Vintage Laptop, a standard Camcorder (cheapest one we could find), a Behringer XM8500 Microphone, and Corel VideoStudio 2020 editing software. The first part contains old footage from a trial run of the show made last year that was planned to be released in partnership with a colleague who soon announced both his disillusionment with me as a person and subsequent voicing of creative differences. The footage was edited with music and images obtained on the internet and available to the public.

We appreciate feedback both positive and negative and encourage all to tell us their views and debate the minor and major points.
