Guitar Chords CAGED - C Major, A minor, G Major, E Major, D minor

Today, Evan is going to be teaching us how to play the most popular chords used in many songs. This is part of the CAGED system and today, we're looking at C Major, A minor, G Major, E Major, and D minor chords on guitar.

There's a rumor going around that many popular songs use a lot of the same chords on the guitar. Well... for the most part, those rumors are true! Very popular chords used the CAGED system. Those are the guitar chords that are most commonly used! Today, we are going to show how to play each one of these chords. These may take a little time to practice and get a clean sound, but once you got them, you'll be able to play a lot more songs than you realize!
