tribute to two of the greatest electric guitarists who impacted my playing style.

stone free- jimii hendrix , morning dew jeff beck. i met jeff beck in 1971 in paddington ,

we had a chat along the roadside, jeff was (unquote) just on the way to audition a bloke named bob tench ,

do you know him? (unquote). after the chat i told jeff how amazed i was to be able to chat with the man who made me

switch from bass in a power trio , a jack bruce clone) to lead guitar with his LP truth. jeff blushed, "i am just like any ordinary bloke here in england"

ya, some ordinary bloke. he was a master of his instrument. his hand was part of the guitar, and vice versa.

jeff knew his instrument ,like jimi, they were masters of the axe, like it was an extension of their arm.

rest in peace, i will carry the torch for you jimi, jeff, for the guitar.. amidst the wave of faked overhyped overrated guitar cough cough hero.

enjoy the music. cheers for watching. music created spontaneously yesterday.
