NHS waiting list and the damage they are causing

I’ve been waiting for surgery at London’s St Thomas’ Hospital for 2 and a half years.
I have a huge hernia from my breast bone to the Pubic bone, and a Stoma which constantly leaks due to the enlarged hernia.
