Normally, I can remember teaching this 30 years ago, we didn't have to define this because everyone understood... But now a days things have been so vastly redefined..." He observed the historical and ideological shift, "...[Karl Marx] sees the family as 'just a product of industrialised society'.. to the United Nations, family is 'whatever anyone wants it to be, and everyone is invited'... so you can have anything... same sex, homosexual, lesbian as all lumped in... Jane Shultz is the coordinator of the international year of the family, she says the family is 'such a subjective thing'. Really? ...Ideas have consequences. The way you think about, and conceive about family, the role of the husband, the role of the wife, the role of the father, the function of children in the family.. Drastically affect not only the family, but also all of society."
