Although I featured this story on Coffee and Crime, I have since been sent more information and changed my mind.

Happy to admit when I am wrong, this does deserve another, deeper look.

With more information and reading accounts from locals, what is actually going on at Lady Bird Lake.

Is the popular Rainey Street the key area where people are being targeted?

This is an ongoing situation, and although police say no foul play, there is now too much information for me to let it slip by without putting everything out there and ensuring the residents of the area get the help in raising awareness they need.
