Zaire President Mobutu Sese Seko 1972 State Visit To Uganda Greeted By General Idi Amin

Both leaders were expected to talk about General Amin's decree which set a deadline fro the expulsion of Ugandan Asians. This was later denied and the talks were said to be about Uganda's border dispute with Tanzania.
