So here is the Orient Triton, also known as the Neptune and the mini Saturation Diver. Reference RA-EL0002L00A. Most likely Orients best-built diver that they are currently making. As well as the only diver I've seen near this price with a power reserve indicator.

It's slightly on the larger side at 43mm, but a solid well-built watch with Orients in house 40N5A movement. Some have referred to it as the best diver under $500, and it's definitely a contender. Or at the very least an alternative to the now-dead SKX.

Note: Some of the links above are affiliate links, I am an Amazon Affiliate so I would earn a small commission on qualified purchases. But most of the time Amazon is just the best source to link something just to get a look. I always encourage you to shop around and find the best price.

Also about Drop (Massdrop). They have a different selection of items (watches and other gear) up every week. They refer to them as drops that are up for a limited time. You agree to pay a certain price for the watch, then when the drop is over they place a bulk order with the manufacturer. Once they get the item, they ship it to you. It usually takes a month or so before you get your watch, but they usually have good prices.

The link below is a referral link, so if you are not comfortable with that then just google them and you find them.

One downside to massdrop is that they are a considered grey market like jomashop. So manufactures warranties are not always honored. Plus I've heard some international buyers are annoyed with how they ship things. Sometimes listing the value as the MSRP not what they paid. So having to pay more importation fees.
