Today we are going back to basics, but one that's a little interesting. This is a very budget friendly watch with a twist. Or rather a sweep, as it's an inexpensive Casio Quartz watch, with a sweeping second hand. On Amazon, it's referred to as the Casio Precisionist, which I'm not sure is an offical name.
