Monster Energy is suing everyone and ANYONE who tries to use the word monster in their branding or marketing at all. Because they seem to think both that they own the word (and in some cases aspects of design) and also that their target audience (i.e. people who drink their products) are not smart enough to discern the difference between video games, sports teams, and their ENERGY DRINKS... maybe we should do to Monster what conservatives are currently doing to Bud Light.
