McAfee billing department has to fix the computer

The McAfee billing department wants me to download the cancellation form their website looks so professional with all these lenders on it.They are using a standard template for their website on weebly. He wants me to read the code on supremo and like bit for bi*ch id and then I say like 1 finger 3 fingers and the scammer starts doing the same thing. I then act mad telling the scammer I have read it too many times. The scammer asks me to wait for a moment and not to shout at them. I put my fake windows error up and the scammer says they are having and issue and he gets mad saying you must wait as he is lost. The Scammer said the billing team will fix the tech issues and that he can't fix them. I asked the scammer what he did to the computer the scammer said listen to me the billing team must fix it.
