1993 Fox "Parker Lewis and Shaky Ground" TV Trailer Pormos (90's TV)

I don't know anything about these shows. That actor on Shaky Ground is super familiar. I think he was Max Headroom from some movie and also pepsi commercials, but more importantly- he was also a guest character on Star Trek The Next Generation. He played a time traveler, but really he was just a dick.
