Is he Fran Drescher's Dad. They have a...similar voice. This is the perfect "annoying commercial voice" guy. Except he has been on TV more hours than anyone else. I don't' even think they count commercials in that, so it's even worse than we thought. I don't like Regis and I don't like apples. Comprende?
