Can you beat Elden Ring with only leveling Vigor and Endurance?

Description: In this playthrough we take on the MAJORITY of Elden Ring’s Bosses. Leveling only Vigor and Endurance. We get clever with Ashes of war and Friendship; however, can we still beat the game? The only weapons I can use are basic longswords due to having ONLY 10 Strength.
