The graduation ceremony of 19 Ugandan cadets at the Ghana Military Academy in Teshie near Accra. They were the second contingent of Ugandans to be trained there, the first group graduated in 1965.
Present was Brigadier Shaban Opolot, the Ugandan High Commissioner to Ghana, and Colonel David Asare, the Acting Commander of the Academy.
