Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " To not hurt when they feel hurt"

In this segment Abraham goes on to answer a question posed " to hurt when they feel hurt". Abraham jumps right in and explains that we cannot be guided by how others may or may not feel. We cannot get sick enough to help sick people. We cannot get poor enough to help poor people. And so when someone is hurting for whatever the reason, it is best to uplift them if there is an opportunity to do so, otherwise it is best to think of them without thinking of there plight. For example you have friend who just has a terrible breakup with her boyfriend of 3 years, and you want to cheer her up. So you tell her that she is the creator of own reality and that this is a blessing in disguise. Well chances are she will not be receptive to your uplifted conversation this red hot minute, but it doesn't mean that she won't be in a near future. So you say what do I do Liz? And here is a great opportunity to just be light, instead of the your " you create your own reality convo" why not, say you know what let's go get some ice cream, followed by let's watch some funny videos online and spend a few hours together. Granted this will not change the course of her life, it is distraction could be considered a bandaid, but one thing you did, is you retracted and refrained from being her sounding board of pain.Then we when you leave her you can do a list of positive aspects about her, and visualize her in a more happy stable emotional position and see her in a well being state.Knowing well being abounds in her own life!
